The Arts Initiative and Miller Theatre at Columbia University

Things are going very well for me here in New York City! After months of job hunting and a less than ideal personal assistant position that lasted two days (and ended with me crying on the rush hour commuter train), I was finally offered a wonderful job as the Executive Assistant for the Arts Initiative and Miller Theatre at Columbia University. I started in February, and things have been great. I'm very happy to be working at a university doing administrative work in a field I'm interested in.
Next on the plate was apartment hunting. Thanks to Craigslist, I found an amazing apartment in an awesome part of the city. It is the kind of apartment you brag about (and I've been doing tons of that). The location can't be beat and it's BIG (actually big, not "big for New York").
I think I cashed in all my stored up karma points, because everything has been falling into place nicely. Everything is working out, and I can't wait to see what happens next!
